The Green Monkey Yoga Studio offers three convienent locations across the greater Miami area; South Miami, Midtown & Miami Beach. All three locations offer a wide variety of classes all day long. Chances are good that the Green Monkey can accomadate your busy schedule.
All three locations are new, clean and incredibly well maintained. Because of the incredible variety of offerings each locarion has developed a strong studio community. I attended a Saturday morning Power Yoga class at the Miami Beach location. The class was incredible and huge! Over 50 practitioners gathered for great power flow yoga. The atmosphere was absolutely rocking and the teacher Paul Toliuszis really delivered.
The Green Monkey Yoga Studios are more than just yoga studios but rather complete
wellness centers. Their unique offerings include; corporate wellness, monthly detox programs, a running club, monthly workshops, many special events, and incredible teacher training opportunities. If you are a yogi visiting Miami, The Green Monkey has your yoga!

Vibration – progressive and fit, ready for life. The Green Monkey has something for everyone. You will find the right class for you at the right time for you. This set of studios is incredibly user friendly. All instructors I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. Green Monkey brings yoga to the people!

In 2006 Kino MacGregor and her husband Tim Feldmann opened The Miami Life Center
at the southern end of South Beach. This studio just might be the southern most studio in the continental United States (FL Keys excluded). Today The Miami Life Center is an oasis of calm in swinging city. The yoga studio is tucked into a slower paced residential section of Miami Beach and blends in perfectly with the surrounding neighborhood.
From the moment you arrive at the center you feel Kino and Tim’s reverence and dedication to the practice of Ashtanga yoga. Kino MacGregor is one of only a handful of western yogis to have received an Ashtanga yoga teaching certification from Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
We are truly fortunate to have this wonderful studio in our region. If you practice Ashtanga yoga and you are visiting Miami, a trip to The Miami Life Center is a must. In many ways Ashtanga yoga is the essence of many contemporary yoga styles. Kino and Tim have captured this essence both as yogis and in the space that is The Miami Life Center. Whether it’s Mysore, led primary, or gentle half primary, this studio has your Ashtanga yoga!
