305 Yoga & Outreach is a yoga school and community center based in the lineage of Karma Yoga, or the yoga of service. The practice is expressed through the 305 Spiritual Gangsters, a community outreach program. Offering multi-leveled hatha yoga, Yoga Happy Hour and Yoga with Live Guitar. Workshops with Spiritual Gangsters and visiting teachers are always part of the studio’s calendar. Chakra Flow Yoga teacher training is also available on site.
