Ample parking is available throughout Coolidge Park, the Theater Center lot, in the Carta parking garage on Frazier Ave (behind Mr Zips) and street parking along Frazier Avenue and River Street.

ClearSpring Yoga studio is the Chattanooga area’s first yoga studio. Â Many area yogis found their path through ClearSpring. Â ClearSpring offers a variety of classes, including beginners classes, flow, Â gentle, yin and prenatal. Â The studio is often hosting kirtan and teacher trainings, in addition to a wide variety of workshops.
ClearSpring Yoga is a cozy studio located on the bottom floor of a small complexÂ building of retail suites just behind the North Chattanooga branch of First Tennessee bank (at the Northeast corner of Fraiser and 17 N. Market). Â Many eateries, coffee shops, galleries and specialtyÂ shops are just blocks from the studio and can be accessed on foot! Â Also, Coolidge Park (Chattanooga’s premier urban park) is across Frasier Avenue from ClearSpring Yoga.

Parking – Several parking spaces in the parking lotÂ directly in front ofÂ Clear Spring are reserved for the studio. Â However,Â reserved spaces tend to fill, especially during popular classes and workshops. Â AdditionalÂ street parking can be accessed within a few blocks, and there are a few spaces available above the studio in a lot off of Frazier Avenue. Â Sometimes theÂ Walgreen’s drug store across the street offers their back lot to yogis for special events (please check with the studio).

North Shore Yoga Studio is Chattanooga’s largest yoga studio. North Shore offers three different studio spaces, two large studios and one smaller studio. Â One of the larger studios and the smaller space both haveÂ bamboo floors, while the other largeÂ studio has ‘yoga mat flooring,’ designed to hold heat. Â This latter studio is the ‘hot’ studio and capable of maintaining 105â„‰.
North Shore is truly an incredible facility. Â The studio is located on the second floor of the new L.E.E.D. platinum commercial complex at 313 Manufactures Road. Â So not only is this space beautiful, but it’s also ‘green’ as well.
North Shore offers a full range of beginner and advanced yoga classes. Â In addition to the wide variety of classes, North Shore often hosts workshops and trainings. Â Other services and classes offered at North Shore include pilates, acupuncture, rolfing, Thai massage, and nutritional counseling.
The studio is situated amongst many shops and is directly across the street from Greenlife Grocery, Chattanooga premier natural and local foods store (recently purchased by Whole Foods). Â In addition, North Shore is only a short walk from Chattanooga’s Renaissance Park, a fantastic sculpture garden on the river.

Yoga East is Chattanooga’s newest studio, serving the ever-expanding population on the east side of the city. Â It consists of one beautiful practice room and has a good-sized boutique. Â The studio offers over 30 classes a week. Â There is a great variety of classes from Level I Basics to Flow and Power yoga, as well as Kids Yoga, Yoga for Teens, Back Care, Prenatal, Chair Yoga, and even fun classes like ‘Hot Fusion’! Â Many of the classes are offered in a warm or hot room. Â (From my experience at Yoga East, the radiant heater easily heats the room to the temps described for each class!)
The space is located at 7633 East Brainerd Road (37421) and is a serene and calming oasis in the middle of Chattanooga’s largest shopping area. Â As a result, Yoga East is located very close to many restaurants, a large shopping mall, hotels, movie theaters, grocery stores, and box stores. Â Earth Fare, a large whole foods store, is located less than a 5 minute drive away.
Studios – One good sized studio capable of holding up to 40 people snugly. Â No windows, but very cozy and plenty of wall space for working on asana at the wall.

Zuddhi Yoga is not a yoga studio, but it is so incredible that we have to include it here! Zuddhi is community yoga–a collaborative effort between two amazing instructors, Jessica Ewart and Maggie White, that brings affordable yoga to everyone.
